The industry is hard. The market is saturated. Even with agency representation, you are in a sea of thousands of clients. It’s hard to get that individualized attention and community feel when everyone’s hustling and busy all the time. My mentorship program aims to bridge the gap for aspiring and professional dancers to receive the support they need to thrive and create their own version of success. The mntrU Crew is here and you’ll never be alone in this again.

What’s Included

2x/month Meetings

1st sesh of every month is dedicated to “office hours” via zoom with Justine and the group. We dedicate each session to a specific topic to use as the jumping off point, but any and all topics are welcome and encouraged. Community is EVERYTHING in this industry life.
2nd sesh of every month is for GUEST MENTORS. Different industry guests from all walks of the dance industry (commercial, concert, LA, NY, Vegas & more) will join each month for a Q&A and talkback.

Chat Group

The mntrU Crew Chat Group will give you quick and direct access to Justine and the community. Anything goes! It’s also the main source of communication beyond the membership page on the website. You can ask anything from “What should I wear to this audition?” to “OMG how should I shoot this self-tape” or “which photographer should I go with”?
